Where We Ship

We ship Australia-wide to all states and territories.

 

🇺🇸 United States Shipping

We're excited to now ship to the USA! Here's what to expect:

• Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm AEDT are dispatched same day from our Melbourne warehouse
• Standard tracked shipping: 7–15 business days, from $9.95 USD
• Express DHL / FedEx: 3–7 business days, from $24.95 USD
• Tracking: Provided with every order so you can follow your delivery door to door
• Duties & taxes: Most orders to the US under $800 USD arrive without import duties or customs charges. Local sales tax may be added at checkout in some states depending on local regulations.
• Returns: For US customers, please contact us at info@sniperform.com within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Delivery Estimates

Most Australian orders should arrive within approximately 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note: Currently delays and restrictions can occur. We are not liable for any delays and customers should check the Australia Post website prior to placing their order to understand the current delivery lead times and any restrictions that may be occurring in their area.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, we will lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider or courier.

Shipping Rates

We offer two shipping options for all Australian orders:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE
  • Express Shipping: $10.00 AUD

Shipping charges will be displayed and confirmed prior to you purchasing the product. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Important Delivery Notes

  • It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery, and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing, we will happily exchange or refund your item(s) providing the following conditions have been met:

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition with swing tags attached and/or all packaging still in original condition as purchased
  • Be fit for sale with no visible signs of wear and tear

Return Shipping Costs

Returns or exchanges must all be returned to Sniperform within 30 days of the purchase date at your cost. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Damaged in Transit

If you receive any products in a damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@sniperform.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of the damage (photographic evidence)
  • Description of the issue

We may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion.

Faulty Items (Australian Consumer Law)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and/or
  • Have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

If you receive goods that are faulty or defective at the time of purchase or delivery (whichever is later), please contact us immediately at info@sniperform.com with:

  • Proof of purchase / receipt
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or fault
  • Description of the issue

We will respond to your claim under warranty within 5 business days, at which time we will notify you whether that claim is accepted and whether you are entitled to the replacement, refund, or repair of our goods, at our option.

Where you have purchased an item online, we will confirm the arrangements for the return of the faulty/defective product to us at our cost, and issue you with any replacement or repaired products at no cost to you.

How long do I have to return an item?

You must contact us within 14 days of purchase, and send approved returns back within 30 days of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty or damaged items, we will arrange the return at our cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide address at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Standard shipping is free for all Australian orders. Express shipping is available for $10 AUD if you need faster delivery.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period, we will lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider or courier.

Am I responsible for customs duties or taxes?

We currently ship within Australia only. All prices include GST.
